Custom-Made Items: Crafted Just for You

Some of our most cherished pieces are lovingly custom-made just for you. This includes our exquisite moissanite jewelry, solid gold pieces, and personalized designs. Because these items are crafted with unique care and attention to detail, they require a little extra time.

Please allow 4–8 weeks for your custom piece to be meticulously created before it is shipped, in addition to the shipping time you select at checkout. We promise it will be worth the wait!

Returns & Refunds

Your happiness with your Eseres Jewelry is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Quality issues (damaged, missing, incorrect, not-as-described): Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.

• General returns (change of mind): Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. In this case, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Returned with all original packaging intact

• Free from wear, damage, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., moissanite, solid gold, engraved pieces)

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  Exception: If these items arrive defective or incorrect, we will accept a return or replacement.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or another agreed method if the original is unavailable) within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
