Custom-Made Items: Crafted Just for You

Some of our most cherished pieces are lovingly custom-made just for you. This includes our exquisite moissanite jewelry, solid gold pieces, and personalized designs. Because these items are crafted with unique care and attention to detail, they require a little extra time.

Please allow 4–8 weeks for your custom piece to be meticulously created before it is shipped, in addition to the shipping time you select at checkout. We promise it will be worth the wait!

Returns & Refunds

Your happiness with your Eseres Jewelry is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your choices.

To Qualify for a Return:

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, beautiful condition
  • Returned with all original packaging intact
  • Completely free from any wear or damage

Refunds:

Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We aim to process these as quickly as possible, because we believe in a hassle-free experience, from purchase to return.

Final Sale Items: Crafted with Care, Non-Returnable

A few special items are considered final sale due to their unique nature or for hygiene reasons. We hope you understand that this allows us to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.

  • All custom-made products (e.g., moissanite, solid gold, and personalized designs) are non-returnable as they are uniquely created for you.
  • For health and safety, earrings are also non-returnable.
